Brief history

CEIA was born at the end of sixties from the interest of its founder in the applications of the electromagnetic field.
During the seventies CEIA specialises in the manufacturing of devices for the generation of high intensity magnetic fields and the production of a wide range of generators used for melting precious metals.
At the end of eighties CEIA introduces the first solid state inductive heater in the market of spectacle frames soldering thus contributing to the renewing of the production process of the entire sector.
CEIA is the first company producing modular and ultra-compact solid-state technology generators since 1989, date when the overall dimensions of the valve generator existing at that time were definitely reduced from 500 dm³ to 5 dm³ , getting remarkable advantages in terms of space, applicability and reduction of consumption that being able to supply the same power are dimished up to 50%. Since the first models produced, CEIA equipped its own generators with completely digital controls, in particular to select the power supplied, the heating time and the setting of the working temperature on the piece being heated.
In 1995 CEIA introduces another important innovation: the Power Cube Family, a modular range of products dedicated to the inductive heating and formed not only by generators but also by process control devices.

Production

All product manufacturing steps are developed into the Company. The apparatus design as well as the electronic cards and generators assembling are carried out by highly qualified technical staff. Each apparatus is tested before being consigned to the customer.
